By accessing and using these pages www.naucat.com and www.naucat.hr, as well as all linked pages and services that belong to naucat.com and hr. domain, it is considered that all users are in every moment informed on these Terms of use, and that they completely understand and accept them.

Internet page naucat consists of own contents, partners' and advertisers' contents, contents created by the visitors and links to the other Internet pages. Using Naucat's pages is visitors' liability. Naucat will not, in any case, be held responsible for contents or losing and damaging contents that appears due to using services of Naucat's web page.

Naucat reserves the right of terminating, as well as changing the appearance, contents and Terms of use of its web page and all services and associated pages that are consisting part of Naucat without prior notice. By accepting these Terms of use, user agrees that Naucat's Internet page services include advertisements, as well as various information, administrator's and similar messages, necessary for regular informing of visitors and normal functioning of all services and contents of Naucat's web pages.

Naucat contents are protected by copyright. Documents, data and information published on Naucat may not be reproduced, distributed or in any way used for public and commercial purposes without Naucat's exclusive written permission or in any way can cause damage to Naucat or any third party. Contents published on the Naucat web page may be copied only for individual needs of users with respecting copyright and other proprietary rights, rights of the third parties and each mentioned right restriction.

Unauthorised use of contents (written and visual materials, databases, programmer code and title, which includes domain), belonging to Naucat and its partners, advertisers, users etc. without written permission of above mentioned copyright owners is considered copyright violation and is liable to lawsuit.

Terms of use (Boat market and address book Yellow Pages)

All published adverts and information connected to Boat Market and Yellow Pages address book are provided by the third parties who enter data themselves. The third parties are responsible for accuracy, completeness and quality of provided information and data entered to advertisements and the address book.

All data and information contained in published adverts of the Boat Market, as well as Yellow Pages address book are published with good intention, thus Naucat does not bear responsibility for accuracy of data and information provided by the users.

Also, Naucat does not take any responsibility, as well as possible costs that may appear due to unpublished or inaccurately published published adverts, addresses or information and all other damages that may result from mention above.

Naucat connects users and advertisers through the Boat Market and the Yellow Pages address book. Use of information provided in advertisements published on Naucat's web pages and consequently emerged business relationship (which, among other things, includes payment, delivery of goods and services etc.) between the user and the advertiser in the frames of Naucat's web pages, as well as independent, is exclusively matter of business agreement between the user and the advertiser. Naucat neither bears any responsibility for further mutual relationship between the user and the advertiser, i.e. the buyer and the vendor, nor considers itself as any party in the emerged process of sale between these two parties.

Because of that, Naucat does not and can not guarantee for accuracy, completeness and truthfulness of advertisement or any part of it, as well as quality, safety and legality of offered products and services. Also, Naucat does not guarantee jurisdiction of advertiser/vendor to conclude an agreement, as well as accuracy and completeness of all data, vendor has quoted on Naucat web pages. Vendors in Boat Market or users of the Yellow Pages address book have to ensure all their published data are complete and accurately entered in suitable sections. They bear responsibility towards third parties who, based on accuracy of published data, use their services.

Contacts are allowed to be entered solely in sections intended for this purpose, and never on photographs or in the frames of text describing the product. Naucat guarantees to use published data solely in purposes intended for sections in which they are published, as well as not to use it in any purpose that is not specified by these Terms of use.

Naucat does not bear any responsibility or possible costs if anyone else uses published data to the detriment of persons entering their data to Naucat's pages.

Naucat reserves the right to use e-mail addresses provided by vendors/users as their personal data, notices connected to advertisements or information supplied by vendors/users.

Everyone using Naucat's pages for advertising their products and services are obliged to enter accurate, truthful and complete description of offered services and products, as well as to bear responsibility for accuracy of supplied data.

By using Naucat's web pages for advertising, users grant Naucat full right to distribute entered information regarding services or products. Users are aware it is not allowed to submit advertisements in any other way than described by Naucat or stipulated by the law.

Because of that, Naucat reserves the right to, without further notice, remove, edit and alter all advertisements that do not meet specified criteria, are to the detriment of Naucat, or in any other way disturb functioning of the Naucat's web pages. It especially applies to the following:

• when advertisement, in any way, impairs quality of Naucat's contents
• when offered service, product or advertisement text itself, include damaging contents that violates existing Croatian and/or international laws or is in any other way illegal
• when service, product or advertiser violate copyright
• when users falsely act on behalf of other legal subjects or private persons, or falsely represent themselves as other legal subjects or private persons
• when free classified ad is found in more than one category or is submitted more than once
• when single free classified ad contains more products or services
• when service, product or advertisement text are dubious on the subject of possible advertising of a stolen product or offering illegal service
• when free classified ad has purpose of promoting user of a company, directly or indirectly
• when free classified ad contains link to Internet pages, as well as HTML tags
• when free classified ad contains contacts inside a photograph, text or ad's title

If Naucat, for any reason, fails to delete, edit or alter advertisement that does not meet regulations established by these Terms of use, as well as those stipulated by the law, this does not alleviate responsibility of the user/advertiser who entered such data.

Naucat, therefore, does not bear liability for any data that may be inaccurate or prohibited by the law, which also applies to legal procedure or complaint against the user/advertiser that may occur due to impairment of any copyright or intellectual property.

Entering data to the Yellow Pages address book is free for all the users and is not limited by any specified number of entries or used categories.

In the Boat Market, free classified ad can be submitted solely by private persons selling own private property. Ad will be automatically deleted after a month and only after this period may user submit a new advertisement.

Private persons have right to submit only one free classified ad per month. In the case that private persons want to submit more than one advertisement at once or one advertisement for a period longer than a month, they are obliged to pay the price according to the advertisement price list.

Advertising is charged to all advertisers (representative and trade companies, manufacturers, agencies, trade companies etc.) that advertise for the purposes of making a profit. Such advertisers may only once use a month of grace period. Charge for advertising is stipulated by the current price list.

Information on methods of payment is listed on the front page of the Boat Market for professional users.

Naucat's users are obliged to verify if their browser accepts cookies that are necessary for uninterrupted use of the web page. If cookies on the user's computer are off, Naucat can not completely perform requested service, thus neither bears responsibility nor accepts subsequent complaints connected to consequences of turning off cookies.

Naucat reserves the right of altering these Terms of use, as well as manner of using its Internet pages in any given moment, thus will not be held responsible for any possible consequences caused by such changes.

Possible changes become valid in the moment of publishing on Naucat's web pages or when users are informed on them.

Croatian judicial system is relevant for interpreting and application of legal issues connected to above mentioned Naucat's web pages' Terms of use, while Court in Zagreb is exclusively competent for all requests and disputes that may emerge from using this pages.

In the case of not accepting limitations resulting from these Terms of use, the user has to immediately cease the use of the pages www.naucat.com and www.naucat.hr, as well as destroy all copied, printed or in any other way stored materials originating from Internet pages www.naucat.com and www.naucat.hr.
